Legal Associate Danielle Tuluca and Senior Compliance Associate Annekka Chao hosted a Practising Law Institute CLE program which discussed compliance and regulatory requirements for registering with the SEC. The program detailed how to answer select questions on Form ADV, the role of a chief compliance officer, as well as recordkeeping and testing processes for investment advisers and their employees.
