The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), in coordination with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”), announced a further extension of the compliance date for the Form PF amendments until October 1, 2025.

As a reminder, these Form PF amendments were adopted on February 8, 2024, with a compliance date set for March 12, 2025, which was then extended until today, June 12, 2025. Now, the SEC and CFTC have further delayed the compliance date to October 1, 2025.
